<p>Quick setup for next week. Chips just logged a seventh straight down day (SOX −12.4% over the streak, per Reuters), while health care, consumer names and small caps caught a bid. The Russell 2000 gained 1.38% on Thursday. The 10-year Treasury yield is back to 5.10%, and the Fed enters its blackout this weekend ahead of the Oct 27–28 FOMC.</p>
